43Brightbill swimming (drowning) in the lake!
These were some of my first shots working on The Wild Robot. Since effects and water simulation came later on in the pipeline, I created a custom wave setup using a few cube primitives to give some indication of how the water might behave. I had no idea what the final water would look like while I was animating, but it turned out amazing!
