Zootopia | Nick Wilde Animation Test | Animation Breakdowns | 3D Animation Internships
53This is a test I did as my time was ending at Disney after Big Hero 6 animation wrapped. There hadn’t been much animation done yet with Nick and I thought it would be fun to dive in and try my hand at these super appealing characters.
I had a blast doing these two shots and I wish I could have finished them but I ran out of time. I still believe that putting in the extra work, and the enthusiasm I showed by doing these, is what got me back in the door for a second chance, and what led to me currently being at Disney on #frozen 2.
I can’t thank @tonysmeeds enough for taking the time to look at this while he was so busy trying to prepare for the show, as well as @abeaguilar and @redforty for shooting some awesome reference with me. After a tough crunch, working with these people and having fun with these new characters really made me want to get back to the mouse house for Zootopia as quickly as possible.
