After meeting with the Pellar you need to speak with the Bloody Baron about what you've learned. But first decide if you want to rescue the stable hand and horses from the burning barn. Then, after knocking some sense into an enraged Baron, you embark on a quest of finding the miscarried fetus of the Baron's wife that has turned into a dangerous botchling. You can kill the botchling or perform a ritual to get it to help you. The fight to win its help can be tough- but it's worth it.

At the end we pay a quick visit to Novigrad and speak to Tamara.
