Part 10 - Fyke Island and the Orphanage in the Swamp
We pick up on Fyke Island about to try and lift a curse after a wild night with the witch, Keira Metz. We participate in a ritual where we have to defeat the creatures seeking to impede the progress. A spirit then tells us to leave, and we are attacked by witch hunters. We will have to track down his body, but first decide to do the Advancement of Learning sidequest while we're still on the island. Supposedly the curse is lifted after putting the body to rest, and we can carry on our way. On our journey it takes us to the bog, where we need to look for leads on the Baron's wife anyways. Crookback Bog, is where we find a strange orphanage, with a woman watching over several children. We play hide and seek with them, then learn about another mysterious child named Johnny, who may be an imaginary friend. We go searching for Johnny and learn he's actually a Godling who lost his voice. We happen to have found what he needs to restore it earlier, when we stumbled upon a harpy nest and destroyed them, looting their nest for the item. Johnny and I head back to the orphanage, and see there's more going on with the woman than she led on. We will discover the rest of the secret, next time.
