The Witcher 3 RTX 3080 Raytracing and FrameGen On (MOD)
With raytracing and better textures this game is reborn. Still a masterpice.
Maxed without Nvidia HairWorks active. I could turn it on and still be above 60frames, but this way I'm around 100 to 120fps most of the time. The HDR implementation in this game is strange. I wanted to use the RTX HDR but you can't turn off HDR ingame, and that ruins that option. With a mod I can turn on framegen and because of that I'm always way above 60frames, making this game completely playable at max settings. Even at 4K It's possible to play at max settings, but you have to use Performance DLSS. At 1440P you can do it with Quality or Balanced DLSS. Quality without hairworks is great, but it works fine with hairworks. If you want to have a great bump in fps use Balanced with or without hairworks, of course I'm talking about 1440p. At 4K you should use performance DLSS without hairworks. This way you will be above 60frames 90% of the time.
Hope it helps if you had any doubts about your RTX 3080 with this game.
