Geralt arrives in Toussaint and must fight Golyat to save Guillaume de Launfal. After the fight, he learns another murder took place recently and the corpse is moved to Corvo Bianco, a temporary morgue. In the cellar of Corvo Bianco, a bruxa is seen rummaging through the corpse for an unusual severed hand. Geralt is forced to fight and kill her to examine the corpse.
After finishing the examination, he meets with Palmerin at the Tourney Grounds and saves Guillame again from a captive Shaelmaar. Duchess Anna Henrietta was present to watch the fight and reunites with Geralt in the arena. They both see Damien de la Tour for more details on the previous murders and realize the next target might be Milton de Peyrac-Peyran.
