After debugging, issues were caused by
1: Defective or damaged motherboard (Asrock Z97X Killer)
2: unstable factory GTX 970 VRAM clock

Bugs experienced when Video Card is malfunctioning:
1. White glitches
2. Water tile bug (Gerald dives into ground with water splashes)
3. various Input and combat problems (Visible one is: Sword sheathing on its own during a combat)
