The world is always in motion
The world is always in motion. Everything visible and invisible is, at its core, a vibration. In the realm of low frequencies, we find the rhythms we can feel—earthquakes, shaking at about 0.1 to 10 times per second; the heartbeat, around once per second; breathing, waves, and the cycle of seasons. As the vibration speeds up, we perceive it as sound. The human ear can detect tones between 20 and 20,000 vibrations per second. Faster still, vibrations become light. At around 400 to 700 trillion times per second, we see them as colors—from red to violet. Beyond that lie ultraviolet rays, X-rays, and gamma rays—powerful, invisible forms of energy. The faster the vibration, the finer the detail; the slower it is, the more we feel it in our bodies. The world we live in is shaped by these endless waves, vibrating at every possible frequency.
