The World's Most Expensive Beef Jerky
149,674This was the only situation where one piece of beef jerky was more than enough.
The most interesting thing was that it refused to firm up. Moisture releases from protein a lot easier than fat, and the excessive fat content of this slice made dehydration almost impossible. Regardless, it still tasted unbelievable (though my wallet is still upset at me).
