Smart Delivery is such better feature for new console owners upgrade to next gen. As of right now the way Sony's PS5 handles cross generation games like Sackboy: A Big Adventure, Borderlands 3, No Man's Sky and so on, is a hassle for costumers. The due to the limited usable space of the PS5 SSD along with the at time unclear UI of the new PlayStation console. The PlayStation 5 might have the games I want to play but it's still lacking some user quality of life features.

As a gamer thinking about joining the Xbox Ecosystem via Gamepass on a Xbox Series x, Sony will have do better with updates to the UI in the coming weeks/months to keep gamers hooked to there Ecosystem for our play time and money.

Any mistakes could give the edge to Nintendo or Microsoft to come and grab gamers attention.
