EDIT: The game was patched just after the video was uploaded. You can now invert mouse by doing the following:

Locate your savegame folder in Documents/Avalalanche Studios/thp/Saves/
You should have only one folder in the /Saves folder, open it
Locate settings.json and open it with your text editor of choice
Change "MouseInvertAimingY" to 1 for inverted controls
For inverted it will look like: "MouseInvertAimingY": 1
