Hi everyone, this is my take on using Flicker Strike in POE - 2. The main idea is that instead of using minions and profane rituals to gain our charges, we use Tempest Flurry & The Call of the Brotherhood unique ring to gain 100% cold damage converted to lightning damage, and we freeze our enemies to gain the charges we need, while also using charged staff to help too...
