As an SFF PC builder I'm impressed by the Thermalright AXP-90R - it's full copper, it's compact and it performs well given how small it is. It's not cheap but it's well worth the price, and yes it looks great and no RGB to deal with.

INFO : I missed one point - about the fan noise, for general usage it's silent and easily covered by other system fan and also the casing itself (enclosed). Once it goes high heat with fan going high RPM, it's slightly audible in open case so in a close cased and all fans - goes back to what I said earlier, they'll drown it out.
