The Thermaltake UX100 is a 65 watt TDP, low profile cooler that comes in at $20. It features RGB and works with MSI,Gigabyte, and ASUS RGB Software. It is silent, small, and capable.

In this video I pit it against the Ryzen 5 1600X a 95W TDP chip, which has a higher rated TDP than the cooler is suppose to be able to handle.
