In this episode, I upgraded all the melee weapons that are able to be upgraded with the new electroplating device. Specifically, I looked at the melee weapons because they are the only weapons that truly get an upgrade as far as damage goes (firearms will not get an increase in their damage if placed in the device; they only get a slick golden coating). They are not discussed in this video.

With the device in its current state, you can upgrade the:
- Firefighter axe
- Modern Axe
- Katana
- Tactical Axe
- Machete
- Crafted Club
- Pickaxe
- Putter
- Guitar (not included in this video)

I looked at the difference in baseline damage vs. upgraded damage to evaluate how the damage increased across the board for 8/9 of the melee weapons. Then I looked at what that means in combat; how many hits does it take to kill an enemy before and after the upgrade. Overall, the damage increased disproportionately across all weapons, but they reduce the number of times you have to hit an enemy to kill them. How many times? Watch the video and find out.
