26,703In this horror gaming clip from the The Quarry I react and criticize the acting and reactions of the characters in the game. While playing through The Quarry I noticed that the severity of so many situations throughout this horror game does not match the expression and acting of the characters. The Quarry plays a lot more like a movie than an actual horror. When 99% of the game is cutscenes, the acting really starts to stand out, bad or good, after a while because there is so much of it. Personally I would’ve like to have seen the the characters acting match the intensity of the events playing out. Overall I think the game was too long to be a movie and not enough to gameplay to be a game. The Quarry had amazing graphics and a cool concept, it just wasn’t what I was expecting.
