These Water Wheels Are CRAZY Powerful! - Techtonica
7We just unlocked level 4 Hydro where we gained access to the water wheels. These are super useful as you can hook up 10 power generators per wheel and you won't have to manually crank them again. Back at level 3, there were some explosives inside the warehouse that we got access to and we received a scary automated message leading us further up.
We also gained access to level 5 which seems to have a large broken facility that we can take apart for floors and walls.
