Senua's Saga: Hellblade II is an action-adventure game, serving a long anticipated sequel to Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice (2017), having launched since May 2024. Like its predecessor, this game is filled with psychological horror theme and focus on Senua's struggle with psychosis, although it revamped gameplay, combat and visuals (which is built in Unreal Engine 5). Set in 10th century Iceland. It centers around the warrior Senua following her return from the realm of Hel, as she sets out to exact vengeance against the Viking raiders who inflicted devastating losses on her people in her homeland, Orkney.
