Not yet, anyways. I know a lot of people would like to think there's a lot of consideration for the Legend of Zelda timeline, but really... I'm of the opinion that it's like Mario Bros. They are all self-contained games without deep connections, with the exception, of course, for direct sequels (I'm looking at you, Majora's Mask... and Link Between Worlds).

What do you think of Zelda 1 and how it fits into Zelda lore? I think it doesn't really fit, and people stick it near the end without too much thought. Or maybe it doesn't matter? Sound off in the comments.
