Obviously everyone who have worked all of their lives in the oldest house know what is for the best and how things work around here but they are definitely just using us in our niavety to do everything for them in order to help everyone with the greater good. At this point we're just an extension of the directors OOP and they're using us to save people just because we can rather than giving us any respect to be in charge as director but lets face it we've just stumbled into the role and we're finding our way I'm sure we'll become the leader we should be at some point.
