Layman Abstract :
Lung diseases like TB, Pneumonia, and COVID-19 remain major global health threats and require quick, accurate detection. This study developed an artificial intelligence (AI) model using chest X-rays to automatically identify these diseases. The system achieved very high accuracy (98.5%) and showed reliable results across all categories. With further improvements, it could become a powerful tool to support doctors in diagnosing lung diseases more efficiently.
