This doughnut shop uses 30 different doughs to create their one of a kind doughnuts!
Husband and wife duo, Alex Talbot and Aki Kamozawa believe that doughnuts are more than something that should be bought and thrown on a counter to be eaten a whim. "I want you to think about it, I want you to be like I chose these for you", says Talbot. The shop has 30 different doughs, 30 glazes and 25 toppings all make from scratch. "We kind of view it like layers and textures", says Kamozawa, "because you got your doughnut, you got your glaze and you got your crumb so you almost have infinite combinations there." The couple met while working at a restaurant in Boston and have been together ever since. The doughnut shop is in Furlong, Pa and serves doughnuts until they run out.
