Makarov event is a scam why? Cause it's a double EXP event, Makrov as an operator is locked behind a paywall, and the event is doable in less than 6 hours of game time. It's so bad that my PC crashed itself. Blackcell Makarov is definitely a pay to win skin and if you bought the black cell bundle now, you just got scammed.
