I can’t sleep

I can’t sleep because I have seen the analog horror of Phen-228, and I am genuinely scared of him, I am literally 15 years old, and as I am typing this I am constantly looking behind my back and looking around my room if he is there, this is the first analog horror that has genuinely made me shit my pants and piss myself, I have the TV on to have a source of light in my room, I needed my cat to ease my paranoia for a little bit, but it’s still there, and I am afraid, I don’t wanna be paralyzed and I don’t wanna be hearing trumpets play in my damn ear every time when I try to sleep, I know this is all fake, and it’s not real, but this analog horror has genuinely made me soil myself, I tried listening to mommy ASMR but that never worked, I prayed to God and I am hoping he has heard my prayer, although as I am typing this out, I notice that my paranoia is going away a little bit, his face and his overall appearance, his tower like appearance, it is what makes me feel fear, I fucking hate whoever created that analog horror and I wish I have never found it in the first place, because I can’t even go to sleep peacefully without some source of light. Although I know he isn’t real, it’s just the thought of him being real is what frightens me the most. I am afraid to go to sleep, because I am scared that I will see him in my dreams, I am afraid that I might have a nightmare of him, I am afraid that I might actually get LIS, and typing this out makes me feel a lot better, I have never seen something so scary in the internet in 5 years that made me shit my pants. Don't get me started on the nextbot of phen 228.
