This has a Unique Interaction
6,955There’s a unique interaction between Alethonym and Blastwave Striders. These boots will build up charge after every kill. Once the meter is filled, you can slide to launch yourself backward and shoot out projectiles that leave behind stasis crystals and give you frost armor. Now Alethonym is a primary ammo grenade launcher that creates vestiges with kills. Collecting these vestiges will allow you to spawn heavy ammo for your team but that’s not what we’re focusing on because if you look closely, you’ll see that these vestiges are also building up charge for Blastwave. So you can easily charge up blastwave in half the time and use this ability way more often. I don’t know if this is intended but it does make it so there’s a unique interaction between Alethonym and Blastwave Striders.
