AMD 7000 Series Recall - RX 7900 XTX & XT

AMD will likely have to recall their ENTIRE RX 7000 series reference GPUs as a large amount of reference RX 7900 XTX and RX 7900 XT GPUs are having cooling issues leading to 110c GPU Junction temperatures, clock throttling, and lower performance. In fact this issue seems to be many times worse than the Nvidia 12VHPWR issue and this time users can't be blamed.
