THIS IS A JEDI MASTER?! \\ The Acolyte S1E1 Review
2THIS was your MASTER JEDI?! Oh my lordy that was miserable...
Season 1 Episode 1 of the Star Wars series, The Acolyte. So far it's a huge stinker. I can't focus on the story or lore when the logic and writing is so horrendeous. I sometimes can't understand how these projects even get approved. I mean I do understand, money. I just hate it. Somehow a "Master Jedi" can die super easily from a trainee youngling, there's flames being provided oxygen in the vacuum of space, you can land an out-of-orbit ship fine with minimal damage on the surface of the planet without combusting, and enemies teleporting themselves to a whole other planet's prison instantly, and more dumb writing cliches! A very boring "murder mystery".
I did react to Episodes 2, 3, and 4. I'll watch 5 soon. Editing takes a while. But man this is a mess so far. The ONLY compliment I can give this is the hand-to-hand combat scenes. Those are absolutely awesome.
