Luckily for me and my family, last week didn't end up with worse news... but it was a serious reminder that those of us walking around with smiles and telling the world "we're fine" or "we're ok" may actually be going through the most amount of turmoil...

So I am just catching up with some of my content this week... but just wanted to share our experience with mental health; particularly for men and young people and even on my little platform, if I can help to signpost some helpful resources - or just to show that ANY one can be affected by this, then I it is 100% worthwhile πŸ’–βœ¨
