This is effing weird. Released in 1984 by Ariolasoft and programmed by Andreas Stein & Timo Kissel.
The objective seems to be to collect as many crystals as you can find whilst shooting through walls and dodging marauding bowling-balls, flags, and other oddities.
Pressing fire whilst in front of electrical fields teleports you to a random place.
I only got so far as the game doesn't seem possible to complete.
