For some reason, myself and quite a few other people are randomly unable to post comment replies, even on my own video!? YouTube just says “unknown error”

(And yes, I have the same problem on my phone)

The google product forum page about this issue has hundreds of posts with the only “community rep” mostly ignoring everyone, almost like they’re actually a bot, and not a person.
