UPDATE (12/7/22): I got a Sega Dreamcast for Christmas back in 2009 and when I looked inside the console... There was a disc that says "SNES Games" on it.

Whoever owned that Sega Dreamcast previously must have downloaded the "DreamSNES" thing on that disc (which apparently someone downloaded a lot of different Super NES games on that disc and made it playable on a Sega Dreamcast console).
