3Overall, these clips show why "White Lobbies" were added to Dark and Darker. It's not fun for new or returning players to often encounter people who are too geared for the low roller lobbies to just stomp people by wearing purples, good blues, or legendaries to stomp people in greys. These clips were gathered when the wipe was about to happen, but still, it was quite common to see people this geared or even more so. This really ruins the experience of casual play and makes new players not that interested in giving this awesome game a shot.
White gear-only lobbies as we have now let casuals/new players have fun and the people who want that intense high-end competitive pvp, have a place of their own. It's like low roller is "causal mode" and high roller is "ranked" it's a way healthier system.
For the ones who love to pub stomp in high-end gear, well they now have to improve and compete with other geared players..in other words for them... "get good"
