This is an amazing layout remake, the original level hosted by Lexy died quite a long time ago and this works perfectly as a spiritual continuation of that project. It goes so hard it sent me back to the bunny icon era...
The gameplay flows incredibly well, almost perfectly with the music, I really can spot no flaws at all here in terms of song representation and atmosphere.
This is aimed for about top 40 in difficulty, (Top 5 when Tartarus was top 1) and is currently being playtested and decorated.
Finally, here's some explanation from aqua:
" when i first discovered angelicide , i was genuinely blown away . i had no idea that it was possible to make such a beautiful layout in geometry dash ... and it was just ... so ... cool !!!!!!!!!! it was exactly what i used to imagine in my head , translated beautifully into a single layout . i began having these grandiose visions of crazy layouts with the icon flying all over the screen , and those visions manifested themselves into my first semi-decent layout ; darling !!i was so proud to see my visions translated into layout form ... i ended up giving up on structuring , but darling was still incredibly important to me . it brought me a lot of motivation to build !! so i kept on working and refining my skills , slowly . i made a couple layouts but never ended up posting them because i didn't wanna post unstructured slop ... but even when i structured , none of my layouts really felt special enough for me to feel satisfied posting them ** .then i stumbled upon the old version of zeroshi ; i had seen references to it in angelicide and i had a vague idea of what it was , but i had no idea there was footage of the actual layout that was still up !! i had just come out of (( almost )) fully structuring a layout , and i felt like i had what it takes to revive this layout . so i did it !! and it ended up being a blast to make ...i had no idea that there was a bunch of lore surrounding this level . when i shared this with lexy , she taught me about her initial creative vision and a little bit of what zeroshi was supposed to be . it's an abandoned creative vision now (( unfortunately ... )) but i wanted to bring it back just for a moment as a tribute !!i really hope u guys like this as much as i do . this is my first fully structured layout that im posting on youtube ... so i'd really appreciate some feedback !!okey ... sankyu !! and of course , please enjoy !! "
