I'm getting back the war journal for the beggar in Bruma and I'm only level 13. These bandits were too tough for me, so I let the first wave come to me and Lucien and then the last ones approached when I entered the camp. I have no resistance to magic at all and this mage was killing me every time with just a couple of Firebolts. I finally decided to drink some Snowberry Tea to increase my fire resistance temporarily and after a few tries, I managed to shoot him.
