This is my first video for This Means Warp and I wanted to share with you a quick game tip to help you get started and help you survive your first couple of battles with as little damage as possible... which is ironic, but because I make a few mistakes in my 3rd battle in this playthrough and die pretty quickly... so take the end of this video as a lesson in what not to do. LOL
Basically, to get off to a good start always keep your guns loaded and drop an extra shell next to each gun just before entering into a fight. This should help you get your first four shots off as quickly as possible. Allowing you to take our enemy weapons and possibly eject some of the enemy crew into the deep dark cold and empty void of space hahaha. Also, don't forget to repair your ship before damage taken becomes a permanent reduction in your ship's health, and it should go without saying... but if there is a hole in the side of your ship repair it before you run out of oxygen. Which, is what I did at the end of this video. That, along with a few other small miss steps added up quickly and led to my early death.
