This team strays away a bit from conventional team building logic by being ABA weak to Fighting instead of being run as an ABB team with Florges in the lead, but the non-intuitive team compositon ensures that you'll have play against virtually any team you'll encounter in MLPC.

For anyone curious, here are the IVs and levels of the team I use in the video:

Excadrill: 15/14/15 level 40.0
Florges: 15/13/15 level 40.0
Snorlax: 15/15/15 level 40.0 (+ best buddy)

Obviously all 100% IV pokemon would be ideal, but these are the best I had. Snorlax is non-shadow, but a Shadow Snorlax would work perfectly fine as a sidegrade for this team if you have one with great IVs. As an aside, best buddy would probably be preferred on Excadrill for the lead mirror, but since Snorlax was the only one of the 3 that I actually am best buddies with it ended up taking the best buddy slot.
