Weapons are cool and all, but ashes of war and the weapon skills they grant make combat and weapons even more amazing! The spinning strikes weapon skill is probably an underrated and under-utilized ability that more people should definitely take notice of! It can do some massive damage and can seriously trivialize NPC invasions! Also helps that it's viable from start to mid to end game.

If you're considering a spear, halberd or reaper build, maybe take a look at using the spinning strikes ash of war. It's incredibly versatile and is probably one of the most underrated ashes of war in Elden Ring. Not to mention you can get it very early in the game, with a pre-upgraded weapon to boot!
