Somehow the uncontrollable bombs actually helped. I thought they would hurt me more than help but that wasn't the case as they made a lot of rooms clear out very fast. This was a stressful way to play but I made it work. I found powerups for extra range and damage and speed so I could just kill the enemies from a safe distance mostly. Combine that with a little luck and some good things happen. The Binding Of Isaac gameplay with my commentary as always!
