2,171Of the over 1,000 scale models entered in this year's WonderFest model contest, we were most drawn to this absolutely gorgeous original scratch-built spaceship design by modelmaker Craig Dowell. Craig--a self-taught amateur modeler--has been working on this "Auxiliator 4" maintenance ship of his own design on and off for eight years, and walks us through the intricate exterior and interior details he's meticulously fleshed out. Displayed in a custom eye-catching frame, this ship was a model we kept coming back to look at all weekend at WonderFest!
