Editing some files in your hud can allow you to enable sv_cheats 1 on ANY SERVER NOT JUST VALVE.
DO NOT TRY THIS ON COMMUNITY SERVERS THERE ARE PLUGINS ALREADY DEVELOPED TO FIND USERS USING THIS EXPLOIT.
If you are going to use this exploit, use it against cheaters and bots XD
