A note on they/them to head off the obvious comments...
3:58 When I flippantly describe singular they/them as not grammatically correct, obviously it _is_ when used for someone whose gender is unknown, and I also sometimes use it when I want to conceal someone's gender, but I meant it in the sense of how linguist Lana Marie explained it in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HrkBYxNfOh0 tl;dw, it's grammatically correct for some uses but doesn't quite make sense in the context people are currently trying to push it. The phrase I probably should have used is "grammatically awkward". Lol this is what I get for not scripting my videos.
