Three GPU's @ RTX 3060 Power Limit! What happens?

Eyy, today we'll be taking a look at performance between the RTX 3060, RTX 3060 Ti and the RTX 3080 Ti, all at the RTX 3060's 'Power Consumption' on a game by game basis. We'll be looking at 10 games today, all using the same settings at 4k and each card will be power target matched as closely as possible, to the RTX 3060 in each game.
