Here is my build guide for Oracle (wand + orb) in PvP Battlegrounds! With this build you can kill anyone who stacks endurance with your curse explosions, despite using pve gear and you also have good survivability despite not having pvp defense stats! Here I cover what you need to be able to do it too!
Just do not target dagger players without having good hit chance!
