Expert difficulty isn't that difficult compared to Normal difficulty. Most of it plays and feels exactly the same with a few exceptions. Most concerning segments are: mission 3 boss battle; mission 8 escort section; and every 'on-rails' section.

Stars are awarded based on score. Getting 3/3 stars is relatively easy on any difficulty. Easiest way to get high score is using Kalinin with Napalm Strike. Open with Napalm Strike for instant double score combo and keep firing to get it going as long as you can. Rinse and repeat. Mission time affects score multiplier and the end of the game.

I found Mission 4 to be the most difficult mission to get 3/3 stars on. It took me 5 napalm strikes to get the required scores.

Xbox 360 version of the game has technical issues that cause noticeable slowdown. It will constantly award in-game achievements every time condition is met, even when achievements already unlocked. Demolicious achievement is awarded for 1,000 scenery objects destroyed and it keeps being awarded for every single object after that.
Also the game can glitch sometimes with certain events not triggering when they should.
