It's been a long time since the last time I used Tiamat in battle and I thought of giving her another shot now that I have a Zephyrus grid.
However, the results are just as bad as last time. She just doesn't bring enough value aside from her veil which puts her in a very weird situation in the wind element where Grimnir is a thing.

Her kit is riddled with the same issues that affect Yggdrassil (as discussed in the other video). High cooldowns for very poor buffs. Her ougi buff even clashes with the effect from Xeno fist as it gives the same exact buff...

What do you think they should do to fix Tiamat?
