Tibetan bell 8 mins meditation method for awareness.
the bell is a teacher. it teaches us how to be in the moment to bring our awareness to the sound of the bell.
with body and soul in perfect oneness I send my heart along with the sound of the bell. may it keep me in the moment, in the here and the now.
if your mind wanders into thought away from the sound just gently bring it back. no judgements no punishment. this can be done again and again.
once you get good at this through daily practice you will notice your awareness getting stronger and stronger.
this is the fist step to realization. walk it slowly with no need to get to the top.(important)
the second step is to dilute your awareness. instead of concentration that is narrow and small you open it up to all surroundings. the art of watching. observing. seeing all that is outside of you. this is a daily practice. slowly gently...
the third step is to direct your awareness inward. to watch your thoughts with no judgements. to simply observe them. this is also a daily practice. slowly gently this can not be stressed enough.
The 4th step is to look again inward at your emotions your feelings. with no judgements. this is also a daily practice. slow. gentle.
steps must NOT be skipped. it must be in this order. and not with struggle. gently, slowly....
the 5th step is realization. it's not to be chased after. it's not a goal rather its a inevitably. you have walked up 4 steps before it the 5th is coming. it's not something you put in the future or something you walk towards ambitiously. it's something that happens. by itself. the more you chase it the further away it gets.
there is only the now. happiness and freedom is right now.
freedom from fear, greed, anger, conflict will take some practice some time. clarity, altruistic love, compassion and peace are all waiting to be developed.
the monkey mind (ego) subconscious mind the illusion of self is automatic it's habitual. it will take time to MAKE FRIENDS WITH. don't try to be one because you are intrinsically two. โฏ
it is a part of you until the breakup of spirit and matter. know you are the primordial spirit the one essence the transendent eternal absolute. the loving awareness.
