Notes: Since I tied the hard board, does that make some kind of Tic Tac Toe genius? Probably not. Still, a very impressive contraption here, especially considering that it appears to be working in binary. It's a small thing, but I like how lo-fi the "Wait" sign is. It's got some charm to it!
