0Bas is slowly beginning to see why Rowen is so completely busted and why I insist he is just a better Rita. See, Rita was very selfish with her Tidal Waves. She ate the party overlimit gauge to fuel them and didn't really provide anything beyond damage in return while Rowen doesn't need overlimit to spam effectively and also generates so much link gauge that he essentially hand out free linked artes, overlimits, and mystic artes to whatever units aren't links to him. Damage and support all in one. What a useful butler.
