TIFR Recruitment 2022: The Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) is hiring eligible candidates for the post of Project Student against the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF). There is only one vacancy for this post. The selected candidate will be appointed to work on a SERB-funded project titled “Collective dynamics of interacting nonlinear oscillators driven by coherent noise.”
Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) is a public deemed research university in Mumbai, India, committed to fundamental research in mathematics and science. It is a Deemed University that operates under the auspices of the Government of India’s Department of Atomic Energy.

Eligibility Criteria for TIFR Recruitment 2022
Qualification:
a. M.Sc. in Physics with minimum 60% marks;
OR
b. B.E./ B.Tech. in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering/ Materials Engineering/ Engineering Physics with minimum 60% marks.
Candidate must be Qualified through UGCCSIR NET-JRF or any National level Ph.D. entrance tests in Physics, such as JEST/ TIFR-GS final written test/ GATE.
Job Requirement:
a. Analytical and numerical calculations.
b. Experimental collaboration with Prof. Shankar Ghosh, Department of Condensed Matter Physics and Materials Science (DCMPMS), TIFR, Mumbai
Age Limit:
Below 28 years as of 01.07.2022
Salary for TIFR Recruitment 2022
Rs 31000 per month + HRA as admissible
Duration for TIFR Recruitment 2022
Appointment as JRF is initially for a period of one year, extendable based on performance
