97Terminator: Dark Fate director, Tim Miller, was on Cinemablend's podcast with Linda Hamilton, when the subject of Terminator 2: Judgment Day's ending scene came up, Mr. Miller stated that the thumbs up scene is "a symptom of your age [when] you saw it" and "too sentimental".
